Entry into the Professionals
Christmas Lights Spectacular competition prize draw is permitted
under the following conditions:
1.
The competition closes on Thursday 17 December 2009. No entries
will be accepted after this time.
2.
Anyone entering who loads and displays their Christmas lights
exhibit on www.christmaslights.co.nz
between November 2009 and 17 December 2009 will be eligible
to win the national "Best Dressed" award prize pack
with a retail value of $2000. This will be determined by public
vote. Entrants are also eligible to win an entrants "Spot
Prize" with a value of $500. Both of these national prizes
are donated by FlexilightNZ Ltd.
3.
For an entry to be deemed valid in the competition all entries
and votes must be made on www.christmaslights.co.nz
on the entry form provided and must be completed in full.
4.
All images must be labeled with the entrant’s
name and address to be eligible to win.
5.
Entrant photos and all registrations on www.christmaslights.co.nz
submitted in connection with the Christmas Lights promotion
become the property of Professionals Real Estate Group and FlexilightNZ
Ltd who may use this material for promotional purposes and to
make contact with the winner.
6.
Only New Zealand Residents are eligible to enter the
Professionals Christmas Lights competition/s as a voter
or entrant. One entry per property – entry must
be submitted with the owner or tenants' knowledge.
7.
All photos entered into the competition and displayed
on www.christmaslights.co.nz
must be taken within the competition period from November
2009 to 17 December 2009.
8.
The display with the most public votes through www.christmalights.co.nz
will be declared the winner of the "Best Dressed"
competition. The votes will be calculated and recorded
by Professionals Real Estate Group.
9.
Professionals Real Estate Group will draw the winner
of the "Spot Prize" at random from all eligible
participants from www.christmaslights.co.nz.
10.
Votes will be calculated on Friday 18 December 2009, under
supervision at 99 Great South Road, Remuera, Auckland. The winner
will be notified within 5 days to the address given. Should
contact not be established with the winner by 31 January 2010,
the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will take place
on 2 February 2010.
11.
Webmasters decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
12.
The "Best Dressed" prize package is not
transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The
"Best Dressed" prize has a retail value
of $2000 and contains the following:
2 x 10 metre Ropelight - Static
2 x 10 metre Ropelight – Chasing
2 x Icicles Fairy Light
1 x Flexilight Motif
1 x 6ft Dancing Santa
1 x Moving LED Reindeer
LED “Merry Christmas” Sign
1 x LED Wreath
1 x LED Garland
1 x 15 metre Fairy Lights
13.
The entrant "Spot Prize" package is not
transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The
"Spot Prize" has a retail value of $500
and contains the following:
1 x 10 metre Ropelight - Static
1 x 10 metre Ropelight - Chasing
1 x 15 metre Fairy Lights
2 x Icicles Fairy Lights
1 x LED Wreath
14.
If the specified prize package or part of the prize
package becomes unavailable, Professionals Real Estate Group
and FlexilightNZ Ltd reserve the right to substitute the specified
items for an alternative of the same value at their absolute
discretion.
15.
The prize, by arrangement, will be available for the winner
to collect from Professionals Real Estate Group or delivery
will be arranged to one nominated address. All other expenses
incurred with any part of the prize are the responsibility of
the winner.
16.
Immediate family, agencies and staff of Professionals Real
Estate Group and FlexilightNZ Ltd and participating suppliers
are not eligible for the draw.
17.
By entering into the competition, the winner thereby agrees
to allow reasonable access for photos to be taken and gives
permission for their details to be used for publicity purposes
by Professionals Real Estate Group.
18.
In the event the winner is under 18 years of age the
prize will be awarded to a parent or guardian.
19.
Professionals Real Estate Group is indemnified from
any claims whatsoever from the winner in relation to
their use of the prize and/or non-performance of contract
by third party suppliers. All prizes are accepted entirely
at the risk of the winner.
